this product is designed for vacuum plating, water electroplating of cr and ni, or in stainless, etc. the developed 2k-pu topcoat has the characteristics of excellent adhesion, good dye compatibility and good alcohol resistance.

main agent/hardener/thinner=10/1/5(wt.)
nkⅱ 8″~ 8″5 spraying baking conditions: 65℃/1 hour; coating film performance: adhesion ok

thinner composition: mek/dibk/tol/bac=4/3/2/1(wt.); main agent/hardener/thinner=10/1/6(wt.)

nkⅱ 8″~ 8″5 spraying baking conditions: 80℃/1 hour ;coating film performance: resistant to boiling water for 1 hour, appearance and adhesion ok
