synthesis method
when g salt is prepared by sulfonation and salting out of 2-naphthol, part of r acid is also produced as a by-product. the waste acid after separation of g salt is salted out with sodium chloride to obtain r salt. first add saturated sodium chloride solution to the salting out kettle, preheat to 30°c, then add the r acid solution after sulfonation of 2-naphthol, salting out, and separation of g salt, stir for 1 to 2 minutes, let it stand, and use suction filter. then wash with saturated sodium chloride solution 3 to 4 times and blot dry to obtain the finished product r salt.
