according to the provisions of the anti-dumping regulations of the people's republic of china, on november 30, 2022, the ministry of commerce issued announcement no. 35 of 2022, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into imported polycarbonate originating in taiwan.

in view of the complexity of this case, in accordance with article 26 of the anti-dumping regulations of the people's republic of china, the ministry of commerce decided to extend the investigation period of this case to may 29, 2024.
